Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Specialist Finance in Accounts Payable team
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
Main responsibilities:
Process and manage invoice entries accurately and in a timely manner.
Create Goods Receipts for Repair and Maintenance services in accordance with company procedures.
Support project activities through coordination and administrative assistance.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of the GR/IR Account, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
Communication with vendors, business unit colleagues and other Circle K departments;
Performing periodical closing procedures.
Main requirements:
Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive, good team player;
English language skills to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area (can be substituted with good experience in the field);
Previous experience within accounting or finance considered as a plus;
Previous experience with accounting systems (JDE, SAP experience will be considered as a plus).
