About the Position:
The Internet Sales Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing online leads, setting qualified appointments, and ensuring each customer has a smooth, professional introduction to our sales team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives on achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails.

Build rapport with customers to create trust and encourage them to visit the dealership.

Set qualified sales appointments and confirm details with customers.

Keep accurate records in CRM of all interactions and follow-ups.

Proactively follow up with customers who have shown interest but not yet scheduled.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience.

Consistently meet daily and weekly contact and appointment goals.
Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination preferred.

Pay:
Competitive hourly rates plus monthly bonus. Pay range: $40,000 to $70,000 per year
