Maintenance Technician Senior (Birmingham)

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for Operations and Maintenance of Alabama Power owned facilities and assets. Responsibilities include the repair and preventive maintenance for building infrastructure, grounds, access control systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC (Chillers), etc. needed to provide safe and productive work environments. This technician will need to be self-motivated and be able to operate and work within the most critical areas and operate equipment that serves these areas. This job will be located at the APCO corporate headquarters building in Birmingham AL.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Active State of Alabama Electrical Contractors License

The maintenance technician position requires general experience & knowledge in HVAC/Controls, Electrical, and/or Plumbing
