Job Description

Servco Toyota Pukoloa is looking for a Clerk to assist our Parts Department with keeping an accurate record of inventory so we can continue to deliver great service to our retail customers and service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system
  • Process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner
  • Complete parts worksheets and logs
  • Process credit memos
  • File and perform other clerical support functions as needed

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of clerical work experience
  • Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch
  • Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Light accounting knowledge, auto parts knowledge and DealerTrack experience a plus
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
