
Transaction Services Clerk – Employee Expense

Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail oriented and collaborative Transaction Services Clerk – Employee Expense to support our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, while gaining exposure to broader finance operations, including cash receipts. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast paced, supportive environment.This role will operate under a remote setup and follow a night shift schedule, collaborating closely with our Finance team in North America.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Review and process employee expense reports and manual claims
- Manage the Employee Expenses inbox and respond to inquiries
- Review and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Support month‑end activities and account reconciliations
- Provide backup support for cash receipts processing as needed
- Work closely with Finance and Project Accounting teams
- Communicate clearly and handle information with confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or transaction processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with deadlines and high volumes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Willingness to learn, improve processes, and grow with the role
Additional Information
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with intercompany accounting or shared services
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
- Exposure to Canadian taxes (GST/HST)
