[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

• Assist valuers with valuation assignments including information collection, in-depth rental / TOL analysis, valuation methodology proposals, and rental/fire replacement cost assessments
• Conduct site inspections of properties requiring valuation assessment
• Engage with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency

[What we are looking for]

• Students with background in Real Estate or similar areas preferred.

• Meticulous

• Has great attention to details and can multi-task.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
