  • Be the engine behind digital services that help people access justice.
  • Clerk Grade 3/4,  Salary range $84,659 - 92,791pa
  • Temporary Full-time up to June 2027 (with the possibility of extension or ongoing conversion)
  • Location: Parramatta

About the Role

 

Join the LawAccess NSW team at Legal Aid NSW and use your admin and digital skills to support projects that help people access important legal information and services. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to project managers and the team - managing enquiries, updating online content, and helping keep projects and operations running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone organised, adaptable and keen to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference.

 

About You

 

You’re someone who gets things done without needing constant direction, but also enjoys being part of a team. You are naturally curious, like to learn new things, and are not afraid to jump in and figure things out. You enjoy solving problems and thinking about how things could work better, especially when it comes to improving processes or the customer experience. You’re comfortable speaking with a range of people, stay organised, and take pride in doing your work well.

Essential Requirements

 

  • Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing roles) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary roles)
  • Undertake relevant pre-employment checks such as Criminal Record Check, and Conduct Service Check
