Job Description
Job Summary:
Runner/Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Runner/Bussers also help help servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
Busser/Runner Functions:
- Be a core team member in our high energy restaurant
- Ensure food is delivered quickly and correctly
- Clean and reset tables, refill water, and re-stock glassware
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Create and nurture a fun, positive work environment
- Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
- Be Genuine and authentically yourself in how you engage with others – show your personality!
