Delivery Practice Manager

The Delivery Practice Manager will report to the Group Delivery Practice Lead and support the uplift of delivery capabilities across the organization. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination, and enhancement of our Delivery practices (primarily Change Management and Project Delivery), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while fostering a strong delivery community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the operational implementation of Delivery standards, frameworks, and tools across business units.
  • Maintain and update Delivery playbooks, templates, and knowledge repositories.
  • Provide user support and training on Delivery tools and templates (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process or data modelling tools). Identify tooling or process improvement opportunities.
  • Support the rollout of capability assessments and track improvement actions.
  • Organise and manage training programs, certifications, mentoring programs, community of practice events and communications.
  • Create internal Practice communications (e.g., newsletters, updates, success stories) and organise Practice engagement events
  • Track progress against strategic initiatives and capability goals
  • Support the uplift of job family role cards and job architecture
  • Support the preparation of executive updates.
  • Coordinate and support working groups or task forces for specific initiatives.
  • Support change management and communication for key Delivery changes.
  • Drive uplift and adoption of AI tools across Delivery

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in agile delivery, delivery in Pace, or related field.
  • Experience in coordinating training programs and capability development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills, strong ability to build relationships, engage new stakeholders, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytic skills
  • Proficiency in delivery tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured systems thinking approach
