As the Marketing Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate with customers and potential customers by phone, e-mail, live chat sessions on commercial website, and various social media platforms. Marketing Inside Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and qualify caller for sales development
Build rapport to better understand needs, and accurately convey the benefits of Mustang's product offering
Utilize CRM system to track activity, document lead sources, and enter details of qualification or disqualification
Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member for quote and closure
Marketing Inside Sales Representative Position Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
Strong people skills
Professional communication skills - verbal, written, email, phone, in-person
Highly adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized
Deadline and goal driven
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Sales team
