Job Description:
- Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members.
- Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View.
- Tracking of Attendance, Planogram Compliance, OOS etc.
- Planning of journey plan with Field rep.
- Conduct field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
- Conduct on-boarding training to new members.
- Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.
- Regular visit to key outlet buyers to build and maintain good business relationship.
- Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.
- Weekly alignment meeting with Sales Manger to review stock arrangement.
