Design and conduct independent research using a variety of qualitative research methods, including but not limited to: interviews, surveys, diary studies, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally (design, engineering, and product management) and cross-team to ensure teams make user-centric, data-driven decisions.
Deliver high quality research plans and reports that are easily understandable and framed around insights.
Independently prioritize work while managing stakeholder relationships and expectations across a range of work streams on a range of trajectories and velocities.
Advocate research findings and insights to various audiences through written reports and verbal presentations.
