Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Internship

The FP&A Intern will support the Finance team in analyzing financial performance across a portfolio of 18 senior living communities. This role provides hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, operational analytics, and strategic decision-making in the senior housing industry. The intern will assist with collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial and operational data to help drive business performance and support leadership initiatives.
