We're seeking a Channel Team lead for our Quick commerce. In this role you will be responsible for LM DS (Dark Store) Operations and support the partners in performance management and driving the operational plan to deliver defined above goal performance.

Essential Functions

Role Overview:
Drive Amazon Now’s rapid delivery network by building and managing strategic last-mile partnerships to ensure fast, reliable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
· Partner Identification & On-boarding
· Partner Management
· Manage and grow delivery partner business with Amazon Now. Build and execute strategic plans to deliver on key opportunities (e.g., delivery speed, OTP, customer satisfaction).
· Drive partners against goals: Volume, On-time delivery, and other KPIs.
· Field Operations - Conduct daily field visits to partner hubs, drop-off points, and delivery centers.
· Audit operational readiness (inventory, packaging, tech integration) and resolve on-ground bottlenecks.
· Training & Enablement - Deliver training & coaching on Amazon Now processes, delivery tools (route optimization, tracking), and SOPs.
· Coach partners on handling peaks, returns, and customer escalations.
· Network Enablement - Pilot new last-mile models (e.g., project deployment).
· Performance Reporting - Maintain & publish routine reports on delivery metrics (volume, performance metrics) in the assigned territory.
· Publish data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and service reliability.
· Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Customer Service teams to resolve escalations and align on priorities.
· Customer Experience - Proactively address delivery issues (e.g., missed deliveries, damages) through partner coordination.
· Enhance partner capabilities to consistently deliver “Amazon Difference” experiences.
· Operational Excellence - Reduce waste and scale Amazon Now’s last-mile capabilities.


Essential Skills:

· Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
· Ability to work under pressure situations
· Ability to work in ambiguous situations
· Good communication skills. Ability to communicate and explain to individuals & the team, what needs to be achieved for the Delivery Center /Amazon to achieve its objectives. Listening skills: Gains input and commitment from all involved in delivering their specific part.
· Strong Bias for great customer service: Engage the Team in developing their understanding of Customer Experience and knowledge of what Customers actually needs/expects.
· High Ownership: Follows through to ensure the delivery of changes/solutions/services that fulfill the Customer’s needs.

Analytical Skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree / MBA.
* Preferably from Operations Background
* Advanced Excel and Communication skills
* Operations/People Handling skills

Key job responsibilities
Lead and empower a team of drivers and associates to ensure seamless on-the-road execution of last-mile deliveries for 20k daily packages. Report to the Ops Manager, drive daily operations, and own immediate problem-solving to meet service-level targets.
