About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will join the Asia Pacific Product Team, leading product strategy and commercial execution for the Crazy Domains, Vodien and BigRock brands. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for an experienced product professional who can balance strategic thinking, customer insight, and commercial outcomes across a dynamic multi-market environment.
The role will play a key part in shaping the APAC product direction, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer experiences and measurable business growth across ANZ, SEA, and India.
What They’ll Do & How They’ll Make Their Mark
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Crazy Domains, Vodien and BigRock, aligning priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals across the APAC region
- Drive product initiatives across multiple markets, considering localisation, customer behaviour, and regional go-to-market nuances to create relevant and scalable experiences
- Partner closely with many stakeholders across design, engineering, category leads, marketing and other teams to define priorities, guide execution, and deliver high-quality customer experiences in a scalable and reliable way
- Use customer insights, behavioural data, and market research to shape product direction and continuously improve the customer experience .
- Contribute to commercial growth by connecting product decisions to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and overall market positioning
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to support regional go-to-market efforts and ensure strong product adoption and customer value
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes clearly and confidently across regional and global stakeholders
- Define and monitor success metrics, using data and insights to continuously refine strategy, prioritization, and execution
Who They Are & What They’ll Need to Succeed
- With at least 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering customer-focused products and driving measurable business outcomes
- Experience in managing regional or multi-market product initiatives, ideally across APAC markets including ANZ, SEA, and India
- Commercially minded and understands how product strategy contributes to growth, retention, customer experience, and market positioning
- Confident making thoughtful prioritization decisions, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations
- Combine customer empathy with data-driven thinking, using insights and research to shape product direction and improve experiences across different markets
- With a strong appreciation for user experience and understand the importance of intuitive, customer-centric product design
- Can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams and designers to senior leadership across different regions and cultures
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Have experience working with international product complexity, including localization, multi-currency environments, and cross-cultural customer experiences
- Experience in web hosting, domain registration, SaaS, digital infrastructure, or multi-brand product environments is an advantage
