Work Group Manager - Property, Buildings & Development
WSP has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Work Group Manager to lead our Property, Buildings & Development team in Tauranga. This leadership role focuses on driving team performance, delivering high-quality projects, and strengthening client relationships while contributing to business growth and strategy.
You will
Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team
Oversee project delivery, financial performance, risk and quality outcomes
Provide technical leadership and ensure best practice standards
Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
Lead bids, proposals and strategic pursuits
Support operational performance and contribute to business planning
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification
10+ years of experience in a related discipline, preferably in a consultancy environment
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Strong project management and commercial acumen
Proven experience with business development and identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship engagement
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
A full, clean driver’s licence
