Product Engineer II

Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes Develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs Develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures Oversee and optimize the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing processes Educate and train new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes Suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency Coordinate with various departments to ensure products are completed on time Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met Complete contract review of customer purchase orders
