Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
Position: Full-time
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic violence case managers.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee daily operations.
- Conduct training and provide guidance on victim advocacy services.
- Respond to inquiries and urgent requests within designated timeframes.
- Attend and participate in meetings, briefings, and program evaluations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social services, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a social service program.
- Strong knowledge of family violence dynamics, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with victims and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in program management, training, and compliance monitoring.
- Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license.
