If you’re eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.   The Logistic Coordinator will focus on Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse in our collaborative team-based environment.   This is a day shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with overtime when needed.   You will: Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets.' Monitor containers, delivery schedules, and transportation timelines Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams Ensure accurate receiving and inventory documentation Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues proactively Maintain compliance with shipping and safety procedures Support inventory control and warehouse operations Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse  Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack  Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck Unload trucks Keep the warehouse clean and organized Work in a collaborative, team environment   You have: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation coordination Knowledge Excel and ERP/system skills Bilingual English/Spanish must  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities A collaborative, team-focused approach
