Warehouse Lead Associate (Warehouse Day)

If you’re eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.   The Warehouse Lead role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.   The schedule for this position is Monday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 7:00pm, or until the daily work is completed.   You will: Train new selectors on the selection process Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues Audit pallets and work Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality. Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes. You have:      3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience    Supervisory experience preferred Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred  Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred RF Scanner experience  preferred High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
