Launch & Life Cycle Readiness Lead

We are looking for a Launch and Life Cycle Readiness Lead who is collaborative, structured, and results-driven to join our team in Global Supply Chain, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.  

About the role:  

You will play a key role in driving product supply launches and life cycle execution across global markets. You will coordinate activities, manage timelines, and ensure readiness for both late-stage products and commercial assets. You will ensure alignment with stakeholders and secure execution against supply and business objectives.  

Who you will work with: 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Excellence, Assets and Brands Supply Leads, and stakeholders across operations and leadership. You will collaborate globally to ensure alignment and successful delivery of launches and lifecycle changes.  

What you will do: 

• You will coordinate product launch and life cycle activities to ensure execution readiness.  
• You will be responsible for ensuring change controls are raised and approved on time.  
• You will manage cross-functional meetings and stakeholder alignment.  
• You will identify and escalate supply risks affecting readiness.  
• You will collaborate with teams to ensure continuous product supply.  
• You will drive execution through systems and support process improvements.  

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:  

• You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.  
• You bring 10+ years of supply chain experience, including life sciences exposure.  
• You have strong knowledge of product launches and life cycle management.  
• You are able to influence stakeholders across functions.  
• You demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.  
• You thrive in global, cross-functional environments.
