Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing skilled physical therapy services to clients across the lifespan in accordance with physician orders, departmental standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Physical Therapist demonstrates the clinical knowledge, technical skills, and professional judgment necessary to provide age-appropriate, individualized, and evidence-based care to patients served by the Therapy Department.
