As an HR Business Partner at Arla Foods, you will join our HR team supporting Supply Chain Denmark, including central functions at our Global Headquarters in Viby. Reporting to HR Direc-tor, Kasper Pedersen, you will become part of a highly skilled team of seven HR Business Part-ners who value collaboration, team spirit and a vibrant working environment. At the same time, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping shape and deliver the people agenda for your business area.
The position is based at Arla's Global Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
How you will make an impact
HR Business Partners at Arla operate at the intersection of business strategy and people development. In this role, you will build a strong understanding of the business and translate business priorities into organisational solutions that drive performance.
In this role you will implement and anchor key HR processes while partnering closely with leaders to support, challenge and coach them across talent management, organisational development, performance management, capability building and change. Supported by our shared service centre, you can focus on strategic business partnering and driving the people agenda.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries while influencing organisational development and change.
Part of your business area will include teams located outside Aarhus, and you should expect to travel to Arla's Danish sites approximately 5–10 days per month.
What will make you successful
You hold a master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
You may already have experience as an HR Business Partner, Management Consultant or from another business-facing role. More importantly, you demonstrate strong learning agility, take ownership and create results. We are looking for someone with the potential to grow quickly into broader responsibilities over time.
You are proactive by nature, identify opportunities and drive initiatives from idea to execution. You enjoy partnering closely with leaders and thrive in a complex international environment, creating clarity, structure and progress across multiple stakeholders, functions and priorities.
While you enjoy strategic discussions, you are equally comfortable with operational execution. You are recognised for your ability to stay organised, maintain focus and deliver high-quality outcomes.
You build trust quickly and collaborate effectively across cultures and organisational levels. Finally, you are comfortable using data and insights to support decision-making and translate them into clear recommendations and presentations. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, are an advantage.
