Golden Shift Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage multiple projects while ensuring consistent messaging and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

  • Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

  • Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
