Job Description

Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries.   Responsibilities:  Process payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.  Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.  Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation details.  Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.  Handle payroll-related queries from employees & clarify HR policies & procedures as needed.  Prepare reports on payroll expenses and financial data.  Work with accounting teams to ensure proper tax filings and contributions.  Manage electronic payments and payroll software systems.  Implements changes in response to legislation changes that impact payroll and time administration activities  Collaborate with HR Business Partner and Managers as needed to oversee time-tracking process  Requirements:  Experience in payroll processing or HR administration.   Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.  Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday,  or local payroll systems).  Strong analytical and numerical skills.  Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.  Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information.   Focus on operational excellence and delivering on KPIs are also necessary
