Job Description
As a Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives, responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural solutions that integrate legacy and modern technologies
Your expertise will span a wide range of domains, including mainframe systems, ETL processes, Operational Decision Management (ODM), Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), cloud platforms, network design, access management, and information security
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our architectural governance is aligned with business objectives and best practices
Key
: Design and implement end-to-end architectural solutions that blend legacy systems with modern technologies to meet business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand
and translate them into effective architectural designs
Utilize ArchiMate methodologies to create clear and comprehensive architectural models that ensure alignment across all levels of the organization
Leverage your extensive experience with the Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) tool to document, analyze, and optimize architectural frameworks
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT assets (both applicative and technical) and the processes that support overall architectural governance
Ensure that all architectural solutions adhere to established security protocols and best practices, prioritizing information security throughout the design process
Provide guidance and support to IT teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments to enhance overall solution delivery. "Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our architectural practices"
: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful architectural implementations
Broad knowledge of legacy and modern technologies, including mainframe, ETL, ODM, BPMS, cloud platforms, and network design
Strong understanding of access management and information security principles
Proficiency in ArchiMate and a solid understanding of architectural governance frameworks
Extensive experience working with the Sparx EA tool for modeling and documentation
In-depth knowledge of IT assets and the connecting processes that support architectural governance
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
