Director of Loss Prevention & Security

The Director of Security leads the Green Valley Grocery Loss Prevention (LP) and Security Programs across all locations and serves as the company’s leading subject matter expert and responsible officer on all loss prevention and security related matters.

The role works closely with leaders and team members across all functions and levels to review, formulate, and execute LP & Security strategies and processes, to maintain and promote Green Valley Grocery's profitability as well as its status as a leading community 24/7 retailer and great place to work.

The role leads the Security relationship with external partners and stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, security service providers, and insurers to promote the interests of Green Valley Grocery.
