Description
Risavika Liquefaction Plant (RLP) is a mid-scale natural gas and biogas liquefaction facility located in southern Norway. RLP can produce 300,000 metric tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) or liquefied biogas (LBG) per year.
The Opportunity
The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Process Operator, reporting directly to the Production Manager. It is the responsibility of the Process Operator to monitor and operate the process, and perform operational activities at the Risavika LNG Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitoring of process plant, loading and utility systems.
- Act as loading master during cargo operations
- Execution of operational tasks
- Account management documentation
- Performing first line maintenance
- Attending emergency response team.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned into practice.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Certificates of apprenticeship from industry related subjects such as chemistry/process, automation or mechanical engineering.
- Experience of working in and contributing to a continuous process/production/ operational environment.
- Working in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Gas processing operational knowledge & work experience.
