Senior People Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior People Advisor to join our People team, supporting leaders across our R&D and wider business functions.   This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive People team, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening manager capability, improving people practices, and supporting a broad range of employee relations matters.   You’ll work closely with business leaders to provide practical advice across performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, consultations, and organisational change activity.
