This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a next-generation communications platform powering enterprise contact center experiences. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a core product ecosystem spanning APIs, UI capabilities, developer tools, and AI-enabled components that enable customers and partners to build scalable, intelligent engagement solutions. The role sits at the intersection of platform innovation, developer experience, and enterprise SaaS transformation. You will lead and mentor a team of experienced Product Managers while driving alignment across Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Go-To-Market functions. With a strong focus on AI-native evolution, you will help transform a leading contact center product into a modular, decomposed platform of services. This role also carries significant leadership responsibility within the India hub, influencing culture, execution, and ways of working across a large distributed organization.
