Job Description
- Deliver supplies to clients to optimize customer experience and minimize downtime
- Deliver parts to technicians in the field to improve service efficiency and reduce response time
- Accurately receive, organize, and manage branch inventory in a timely manner
- Assist technicians with service calls and support service leadership on special projects as needed
- Strong technical, analytical, and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
- Experience supporting a team and in collaborative roles
- Troubleshooting or mechanical experience is a plus
