Team Leader
Location: Western & South West Sydney
Employment: Temporary (1 role, up to 6 months) + Talent Pool
Grade: Clerk Grade 9/10 $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within Housing Services. You will lead a team delivering client-centred services, supporting vulnerable communities and driving strong operational outcomes.
This recruitment will also create a talent pool for future Team Leader opportunities across Western and South West Sydney.
What you’ll do
As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a client service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across housing and tenancy services.
You will manage team performance, support staff development, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
You will contribute to strategic and operational priorities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in complex service environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage performance, coach staff and drive team capability
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering results
- Current NSW driver’s licence
