This position reports to:
R&D Team Lead__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute routine tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Bergamo in our R&D center.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Defining test details, sequences, execution methods, and procedures, including equipment and instrumentation, with reference to applicable standards
Preparing the necessary test setup and required measuring instruments
Connecting the device under test to the testing plant and executing the tests
Analyzing test results according to applicable standards to verify product compliance
Producing and developing documentation for test reports and issuing them
Proposing improvements to existing test techniques based on experience and the use of new equipment, particularly for test and measurement tools
Assisting and supporting customers during testing activities
Qualifications for the role
You have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in the Electrotechnical, Electrical, or Electronic field, and basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
You are engaged in working with electrical, electronic, and mechanical measuring instruments, demonstrating manual skills, analytical capacity, and the ability to interpret results
You are qualified in computer skills, including programming knowledge and office software proficiency
You are passionate, organized, and precise, with a strong initiative, a high desire to learn, and a problem-solving mindset
You work well in team environments, and are at ease communicating in both Italian and English
Availability to work in rotation shifts

Company defined package above minimum annual salary per CBA
Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
