Junior Sample Desk Officer / Chargé.e de Logistique de Développement

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate Sample Desk Operations: Act as a central point of contact for Product Management, Marketing, and Customer requests, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between departments.
• Oversee Assembly and Test Requests: Manage and track requests for product assembly and testing at the production site to ensure timely delivery. 
• Support Customer Design Activities: Assist customers by organizing chip deliveries and addressing their specific needs to meet project requirements. 
• Assist Development Team: Coordinate the production of qualification lots and prototypes by managing orders with the wafer fabrication and assembly centers. 
• Maintain Production Database: Regularly update and maintain the production database to ensure accurate tracking of activities and resources. 
• Autonomous Activity Planning: Take full responsibility for planning and organizing your daily tasks, working independently with minimal supervision. 

 

Requirements: 

• Strong Planning Skills: Ability to effectively create and manage schedules.    
• Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to work with various teams and stakeholders. 
• Proficient in English: Ability to communicate professionnaly in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible Availability: Willingness to adjust to different time zones and meet with global teams as needed. 
• Cultural Awareness: Ability to work well in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse team dynamics. 
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
