HRIS Manager
Job Description
• Workday Reporting- Candidate with experience is a huge plus but HL will train for this system
• Workday Admin and Support
• Monitor upcoming Workday releases and community feedback
• Referral program regional data and analysis
• Offer templates and set up DocuSign
• Coordinating new user setup requests and submission to System Administrators
• Invoice payment and reconciliation (job boards, BV, etc.)
• Ad-hoc work TBD
• All operational system work
• High Level of experience in Excel
• Good Communication Skills
• Trouble shooting ability
• This candidate will not work with on boarding/recruiting people they will be more technical and system savvy.
The role will be for a more senior HRIS type person and will still include the following needs:
• Workday Reporting
• Workday Admin and Support
• Monitor upcoming Workday releases and community feedback
• Workday integrations with third party vendors (job boards, BV, Assessments tests, etc.)
• Referral program regional data and analysis
• Offer templates and set up DocuSign
• Coordinating new user setup requests and submission to System Administrators
• Invoice payment and reconciliation (job boards, BV, etc.)
