Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex security programs, influencing strategy and driving high-impact results across multiple quarters.
- Negotiate and align priorities with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, and research, resolving conflicting goals and driving organizational consensus.
- Partner with technical leads to translate high-level security objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and project plans. Regularly communicate program status, risks, and impact to stakeholders and leadership, fostering transparency and trust.
- Monitor program health using data-driven metrics, proactively identifying roadblocks, and driving resolution to ensure adherence to milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
