Job Description
- Leverage data analytics, and understand the general reporting and technical landscape, and AI innovations to unlock business and efficiency potentials.
- Identify gaps in current tools and infrastructure, prioritizing and crafting business cases to validate the importance of new feature requests.
- Develop impactful product insights through the knowledge of the user, workflows, sales processes, and the strategic initiatives of the Global Customer Solutions (GCS) business. Articulate a goal for your area, to improve and to drive an overall roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership, cross-functional global stakeholders and product teams to understand and prioritize business needs, build consensus, and communicate needs.
- Develop launch plan, identifying risks and updating stakeholders. Manage new product/feature launches including communications, training and assisting with product readiness testing on as as-needed basis.
