($51.00 - $80.00 per treatment) + 100% of your gratuities · Full time benefits available · Health, Vision, Dental Insurance · Paid Time Off · 401(k) with matching · Holiday pay · Free membership to our sports complex · Free meal at our All In Café Employee Cafeteria during your shift · Free visits with our Nurse Practitioner · Extensive discounts for spa, dining, rooms, retail and more · Training · In-house training of our Exclusive World Class Treatments · Customer Service · CEs · Being part of 26 other spas across the country · Ergonomic work environment including hydraulic massage tables · Variety of massages and body treatments including wraps, Vichy Showers, Aura Imaging, and Wellness Pods · Balanced daily work schedule · Consistently booked schedule all four season (over 37,000 guests served at The Spa last year)   Responsibilities: · To work as part of the massage therapy team consistently providing the highest possible standard of treatment care and creating a memorable journey for our guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. · Responsible for set up and clean up of the treatment rooms before and after treatments. · Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines. · Ensure all professional supplies and product are being used and stocked appropriately. · To begin and end treatments on time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being followed. · Encourage upgrades and retail sales.   Qualifications: Proficient skills in traditional and modern forms of massage. · Maintain a professional appearance at all times. · Maintain an active North Carolina License. · Maintain an active Privilege Tax License. · Adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations. · Ability to maintain compliance to State Board sanitation/sterilization procedures. · Responsible and dependable with ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs. · Commitment to exceeding the expectations of customers, always operating with a strong attention to detail to the client’s needs. · Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds with frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting. · Stand and/or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion, with consistent use of hands and arms. · Must be able to work a schedule including weekends, holidays, and being on-call periodically.
