This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to coordinate corporate immigration matters related to transferees and their families by facilitating communication between the applicants, their company contacts, and the selected immigration partner.   Position Responsibilities: Case Management - assists foreign nationals and immigration attorneys by coordinating immigration casework. Maps out case timelines and identify issues or additional services that may be required for a successful relocation. Compliance Tracking - records, reports, and reviews essential immigration information to ensure compliance with regulations. Documentation Management - maintains accurate records, case notes,  and important cases communication in immigration management platforms. Client Relations - liaises with and maintain strong client relationships with client contacts Liaises with and maintain strong communication with our partner network. Prepares important and timely corporate immigration summaries and updates.   Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of global immigration coordination experience 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume customer service role Paralegal certificate preferred Candidates should be flexible for any shift/working hours   Additional Qualifications: Excellent customer service and administrative skills Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks Ability to follow policies and procedures Can-do attitude Genuine desire to help others Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency Desire to embrace our core values:  Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.
