An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Immigration Billing Specialist in India. This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to audit, enter and bill invoices on behalf of the immigration team.
Position Responsibilities:
Audits, enters, and bills invoices on behalf of the immigration team.
Audits invoices for accuracy against policy and to ensure all required billing information has been captured in the system accurately.
Uploads and sends invoices to internal teams for processing. Bills all related transactions in a timely manner.
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure accuracy, timely billing, and alignment with client or internal policies and processes.
Identifies problems, solutions and opportunities for improvement related to the billing process.
Administers client specific audit processes and ensure compliance with requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required
3-5 years relevant billing and audit experience
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Knowledge of SAP or other relevant software is preferred
Experience working with multiple currencies
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Candidates should be flexible for any shift/working hours
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
