📍 Location: Richmond, VA 23231
Schedule: Full-Time | Four 10-hour shifts | Monday–Friday, off every Tuesday | Hospital hours: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM | No weekends!
Pay Range: $18.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience and credentials

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 1 year of veterinary technician experience
• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) preferred, but not required
• Strong technical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Your Role in the Hospital

Provide exceptional patient care and support through:

• Performing and assisting with patient assessments and treatments
• Obtaining patient histories and communicating effectively with pet owners
• Placing intravenous catheters and collecting blood samples
• Monitoring anesthesia during surgical and dental procedures
• Taking diagnostic radiographs, including dental radiographs
• Processing in-house laboratory work
• Assisting with surgery preparation and recovery
• Administering medications and treatments as directed
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient hospital environment
