The Training Associate is the subject matter expert for trainings related to operations process. They are responsible for the documentation and issuance of process certifications for Operations and Technicians necessary in performing the job.

The Training Associate is the subject matter expert for trainings related to operations process. They are responsible for the documentation and issuance of process certifications for Operations and Technicians necessary in performing the job.
Key Accountabilities
Facilitates general, skills, process training and certifications and technical trainings, evaluates trainings conducted.
Conducts training need assessment (TNA) based on current and future process assignments.
Prepares training materials for in-house courses as appropriate.
Amends and revises materials necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
Maintain and regularly updates the training record of each employee at the central database.
Monitor and generates training reports for reference.

Performs other tasks that may be required by the department.
