Job Description

TikTok’s Mobile Gaming team partners with leading gaming publishers to unlock growth through creativity, performance, and long-term strategic partnerships. We help clients connect with TikTok’s highly engaged audience, scale marketing impact, and drive sustained revenue growth. You will join a high-performing team of Brand Partnerships Managers and Client Solutions Managers within the Apps & Services vertical, supporting UK and multi-market gaming accounts.

We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Manager to own and grow the commercial strategy across a portfolio of Gaming advertisers. Acting as a trusted partner to leading mobile gaming brands and agencies, you will define and execute growth strategies to drive investment, product adoption, and embed TikTok within advertisers’ performance marketing mix, operating with pace and autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a book of business, identifying new opportunities to scale advertiser investment and accelerate the adoption of TikTok advertising solutions.
  • Build, lead, and expand key stakeholder relationships across clients and agencies to drive revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute holistic marketing and product strategies aligned to gaming user acquisition, re-engagement, and brand objectives.
  • Use performance data and insights to develop account plans, identify growth levers, and make clear investment recommendations.
  • Shape client understanding and industry perspective through training, education programmes, and thought leadership that position TikTok as a strategic partner.
  • Deliver a best-in-class client servicing model in close collaboration with Client Solutions and cross-functional partners including Marketing Science, Product, and Creative Operations.
  • Initiate and lead industry-specific internal and external initiatives to unlock growth opportunities and deliver against revenue objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong background in performance marketing and user acquisition strategies, with fluency in KPIs such as ROAS and LTV.
  • Hands-on commercial experience driving performance through self-serve, auction-based advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and deliver compelling presentations leveraging insights and performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive forward business agendas while meeting defined KPIs.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding client and book of business commercial targets with a cross-functional team.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement frameworks (e.g. MMPs, SKAN etc).
  • Self-starter with a strong learning mindset and experience building initiatives or projects from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the gaming industry, with experience working in or partnering with gaming companies or publishers.
  • Experience shaping video-first creative strategies that leverage creators, trends, and community insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience managing advertisers across full-funnel objectives.
