Senior Identity and Access Management Senior
Job Description
- Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
- Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
- Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with other team.
- Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and in a correct manner.
- Perform password reset
- Respond to phone calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required
- Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, RSA and HID platforms (MFA).
- Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum).
