Job Description
- Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and first-party data management strategy, and pain points.
- Lead technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
- Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices as well as a clear path to media activation.
- Act as a trusted product advisor to customers and internal teams, providing expert guidance on available services within the product area as well as technical guidance to overcoming complex challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional gTech teams (e.g., Engineering teams, Solution Experts, Measurement Experts) to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
