Talent Onboarding and Engagement Specialist

Hansen Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Talent Onboarding & Engagement Specialist to support our growing manufacturing operation in Commerce, GA. This role serves as the primary point of contact for hourly production associates, helping ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a background in staffing, workforce management, recruiting, or human resources and possess a passion for employee relations, coaching, and workforce development. This position will work closely with site leadership, production teams, and staffing partners to maintain a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce.
