Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, Experience, Technology and Compliance (Customer Relationship Management), you will work as part of the Experience, Technology and Compliance team to structure and manage data in customer relationship management systems, complete quality assurance related to data standards and accuracy and manage email and SMS campaign deployment across a range of initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of audience experience and campaign performance and helps ensure digital tools stay functional, aligned, compliant, scalable and optimized to support growth and success. This is not a developer role. You understand how platforms work and configure, administer and improve them.
