We have an excellent opportunity with a great potential of impact for heading up Marketing Nordics as part of our Nordics organisation right in the heart of Stockholm. As part of the Nordic Leadership Team, you will lead the next chapter of growth for Heinz—one of the world's and the Nordics' most loved food brands.

Together with your team, you will further strengthen and localize the Heinz brand, turning global brand power into relevant consumer experiences, innovation, and execution that resonate with Nordic consumers and drive sustainable growth across the region. There will also be a strong interface with our EPDM team based in the Netherlands and the UK. Get ready for an exciting journey driving one of the most iconic brands. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute the Marketing strategy to drive brand growth and profitability 

  • Lead brand management, including product portfolio, innovation, and product launches together with your team 

  • Plan, implement, and optimize integrated Marketing campaigns across all relevant channels – for Retail and Foodservice 

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities 

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and ROI 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Category Development, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams locally and within the EU-scope 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, including performance management, talent development, and resource planning 

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and brand standards

 

Your qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Extensive years of marketing experience, not necessarily only from within the FMCG industry, but also other industries or from a start-up environment, however within a comparable leading role  

  • Proven expertise in brand management and integrated marketing throughout these years 

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams combined with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 

  • Commercial mindset with budget and KPI management experience and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English is a must have; additional language skills are an advantage
