Work Setup: Once a week onsite after 1 week of 100% onsite training in Ayala, Makati or SM North EDSA Schedule: Fixed Night Shift | Weekends Off Employment Type: 3-Month Project-Based Contract

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating with hiring managers and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience (minimum 1 year for Senior High School graduates or college undergraduates)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to complete 100% onsite training for 1 week at our Ayala Avenue, Makati/SM North Edsa office before transitioning to a 1x a week onsite set up
• Must be willing to work under a 3-month project-based contract
