Job Description:

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week either in SM North Edsa, Makati, Alabang, or EXXA Tower QC, with at least 1 day per month at Ayala Avenue, Makati)

Are you passionate about finding top talent and building strong candidate pipelines? We're looking for experienced Sourcing Recruiters to support executive and professional hiring across the US market.

What You'll Do

  • Source and engage executive, leadership, and professional-level candidates across the US.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Create detailed candidate profiles and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
  • Verify candidate experience and expertise beyond resume review.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure high-quality candidate endorsements.
  • Research and engage passive candidates for current and future opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition supporting the US market.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, managerial, leadership, or executive-level roles.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate research skills using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, IT, supply chain, or industrial roles.
  • Background in RPO, executive search, or talent mapping.
  • Experience building passive candidate pipelines.
  • Client-facing recruitment experience.
